We
offer the possibility to take part in the farm activities and in the
different production and processing cycles of our products.
By
us you’ll enjoy again the old smells and flavours almost forgotten
in modern life like the smell of the flowers and of the aromatic
plants, and you’ll discover again the ancient farming activities
like the milking of cows.
We
organize some “topical weeks” such as “the reaping week”,
“the threshing, the trimming, and the harvesting week”.
It’s
also possible to look at the slaughter and processing of pork meat
used to prepare delicious “ciccioli”, exquisite “coppe” and
hams as well as appetizing sausages.
In
a typical rural atmosphere, everybody meets around a table to enjoy
conviviality, as in the past , and taste the products of one’s own
hard work.
