We prepare our menus according to the changing of seasons and most of the ingredients we use to cook our dishes are produced in our farm.
Our recipes go back to the XIX century and 80 % of them are based on healthy herbs.
Mrs. Claudia is the “Queen of the kitchen” and she’s able to combine her perfect knowledge of the medicinal properties of the natural products, with a great love for the good home cooking. Thanks to her ability, she cooks delicious choice dishes, unique in their originality.

Booking in advance, it is possible to taste the “crescentine nelle tigelle” for a maximum of 10 persons, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
and on the same days it is possible to eat “I Borlenghi” cooked in the fireplace with the “Sole di rame” (sort of copper pot).

We serve only home-made bread in various kinds:with poppy-seeds,without leaven,with sesame,with millet-seeds and with hazel-nuts.
